Rates
$100 per 50-minute session for individual, couples or families, $55.00 for half-hour sessions, which are available after the first two sessions.
$160 to 175.00 for DUI assessments, depending on the date of the offense (this fee is set by the state)

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan (EAP program). Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Do I need an authorization from my insurer?

Payment
Cash, check, VISA and Mastercharge are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Failure to show up for an appointment or cancellation of an appointment without at least 24 hours or one business day advance notification, will result in a $50 cancellation fee being charged to your credit card. A credit card number is required at the first appointment for this reason.
